Returns & Refunds.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery of the item. The return period starts from the date the item is delivered.

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The item must be unworn and unused.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags where applicable.
• Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. KLOVRY does not provide free return shipping.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.

KLOVRY does not charge a restocking fee.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, KLOVRY will process the refund for the eligible returned item.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Some KLOVRY products are made to order. Customers should carefully review product details, size, color and other options before placing an order.

Made-to-order products remain subject to the applicable 14-day return policy unless a product is specifically identified as final sale or applicable law provides otherwise.

Products or collections specifically marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or cancelled.

Final Sale status will be clearly indicated on the relevant product or collection.

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After the 15-minute cancellation window, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order may have entered processing or fulfillment.

Customers can contact KLOVRY as soon as possible if they need to request a cancellation.

Return and cancellation rules apply to purchases made after these rules are published or updated.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer's country or region.

KLOVRY ships worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated according to the applicable destination and shipping method.

Orders over $300 qualify for complimentary shipping where the applicable shipping rules allow it. The exact shipping cost, when applicable, is displayed during checkout.
