By browsing or ordering from klovry.com you agree to these terms. KLOVRY is a fashion house founded in Morocco in 2025, selling heavyweight essentials — some made on demand, some held in stock.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we detect fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Production & delivery

Selected pieces are made on demand after your order; selected embroidered pieces are held in stock. Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders over $300. Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.

Returns

Unworn, unused pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping; no restocking fee applies. Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. Final Sale items cannot be returned or cancelled. See the Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, copy and the KLOVRY name and monogram are owned by KLOVRY and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KLOVRY's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
